今次PETER KWONG, 鄺SIR,主講的波爾多白酒誘惑(Temptation Of Bordeaux White Wine),帶領我們由歷史天時地理人為因素去認識波爾多白酒,左岸(Gravel Soils)及右岸(Limestone Soils & Clay Soils)不同的泥士,孕育出不同風格的提子,形成波爾多白酒各產區的獨特風格。

201421有機葡萄酒展覽會增加展覽面積

明年1月27至29日在法國蒙坡利埃展覽中心舉行

在2014年1月27至29日將於法國蒙坡利埃展覽中心 (Parc des Expositions de
Montpellier) 舉辦的有機葡萄酒展覽會 (Millésime Bio) 是有機葡萄種植領域的重要活動。下屆展會將增加一個新的展覽廳。在三天的展會期間,四千多名專業人士將與來自葡萄生產國家或地區的七百五十名參展商會面交流。展會將組織品酒活動、與生產商的交流和以有機葡萄酒市場為主題的議會等。

有機葡萄酒展,一個獨一無二的概念

  • 集中展示來自各個生產國家和地區的有機葡萄酒
  • 報告會和自由品酒會將成為專業人士交流和發掘新產品的場地
  • 在2014年增設一個新的展覽廳,以進一步改善品酒的環境,並接待一些新的參展商

 

2013年有機葡萄酒展的簡單總結

  • 來自十一個國家的689間參展商(生產商和酒商),比前一年增加了5% 。法國、意大利和西班牙是參展商最多的三個國家。奧地利、葡萄牙和德國的釀酒商亦積極參與,令展覽範圍更廣泛。
  • 2013年的展會共接待了4160名專業參觀者 (2012年是3360名) ,其中24%是外國參觀者。專業人士當中,最多是來自北美 (13.7%)、德國 (13.3%)、北歐 (10.7%)、亞洲 (10.6%)、荷蘭,比荷盧經濟聯盟 (10.6%)、英國/愛爾蘭 (7.4%)。參觀者當中,進口商佔最多 (19.8%),其次是酒商(18%)、轉銷商 (8.65%) 和餐飲業人士 (6.5%)。

 

以下是關於有機葡萄酒的一些數據:

 

生產

  • 法國2012年以有機模式生產的葡萄園有64801公頃,而2011年只有61055公頃。有機葡萄園增長了6%。
  • 葡萄經營戶數從2011年的4692戶發展到2012年的4927戶,而且有機葡萄園的種植面積在四年的時間裡幾乎增加了三倍。排名首三位的地區分別為:朗格多克-魯西永 (Languedoc-Roussillon) (20795公頃,在一年內增加了4%),普羅旺斯-阿爾卑-藍色海岸地區 (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) (14885公頃,在一年內增加了8%) 和阿基坦地區 (Aquitaine) (9752公頃,在一年內增加了3%)。
  • 值得一提的是,在世界排名當中,法國排在第二位,在西班牙之後,意大利之前。

 

銷售

  • 根據IPSOS的一項消費研究顯示,在2013年,三分之一的法國人經常或者有時購入有機葡萄酒,而2012年的營業額達到了四億一千三百萬歐元 (在一年內增加了15%)。出口銷售有不錯的發展 (主要向德國、美國、日本等國家出口),佔有機食品出口營業額的19%,達到五千八百萬歐元。
  • 有機葡萄的銷售網絡:36%為直銷,27%是通過有機產品的專賣店銷售,19%是在大型食品超市銷售,17%是在零售商店銷售。

SUDVINBIO (法國南方有機葡萄酒協會) 在1991年由實行有機種植方式的釀酒商宣導成立,目的是以集體方式促進自己的產品銷售。剛成立時協會的名稱是「朗格多克-魯西永有機葡萄酒跨行業協會」(AIVB-LR),2012年改為SUDVINBIO。現時,SUDVINBIO已經得到了所有業內人士和公共機構的承認,成為一個積極和活躍的專業協會,並通過組織的各種活動,為推廣朗格多克-魯西永和其他地區的有機葡萄酒作出重要貢獻。

Millésime Bio increasing its exhibition area for 21st edition in 2014

27, 28 & 29 January 2014 – Exhibition Centre, Montpellier (France)

he foremost event in organic winegrowing is back for
another year… the Millésime Bio tradeshow will be held from January 27th to
29th at the Exhibition Centre in Montpellier, featuring an additional hall.
Over the three days, more than 4,000 industry professionals will be rubbing
shoulders with 750 exhibitors hailing from alost every producing country and
region. This 21st edition will focus on wine-tasting, opportunities for
dialogue with the producers, conferences about the organic wine market and much
more.

Millésime Bio, a unique concept

  • Brings together an organic wine offer coming from most producing countries and regions
  • Provides a venue for dialogue and exploration through conferences and open wine-tasting areas
  • New in 2014: the opening of a third exhibition hall to optimise wine-tasting conditions and host new exhibitors

 

A brief review of the 2013 edition

  • 689 exhibitors (producers and traders, up by 5% in one year) representing 11 countries, with France, Italy and Spain making up the leading trio. Vineyards in Austria, Portugal and Germany have boosted their attendance with still more estates participating in 2013.
  • 4,160 trade visitors attended in 2013 (against 3,360 in 2012), including 24% from abroad. Professionals from North America (13.7%), Germany (13.3%), Scandinavia (10.7%), Asia (10.6%) and Benelux (10.6%), as well as those from the UK and Ireland (7.4%) were the main foreign participants to the tradeshow. Otherwise, the majority of visitors were importers (19.8%), followed by wine merchants (18%), wine traders (8.65%) and those in the Hospitality Industry (6.5%).

 

Key facts about the organic wine market

Concerning production

  • With 64,801 hectares given over to organic production in France in 2012 against 61,055 hectares in 2011, organic vineyards grew by 6%.
  • The amount of wineries rose from 4,692 in 2011 to 4,927 in 2012, while organic winegrowing land almost tripled in surface over a 4-year period. Leading the pack are 3 French regions: Languedoc-Roussillon (20,795 hectares, up 4% in one year), followed by Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (14,885 hectares, up 8% in one year) and Aquitaine (9,752 hectares, up 3% in one year).
  • Let us not forget too that France is doing well on a worldwide scale, coming in second place after Spain and ahead of Italy.

Concerning consumption

  • In 2013 in France, 1 in 3 people regularly or occasionally drink organic wine (IPSOS consumer survey), and the turnover for 2012 stood at €413m (up 15% in one year). Export sales have climbed (Germany, United States, Japan etc.), accounting for 19% of organic food exports (€58m).
  • Organic wine distribution networks: 36% through direct sales, 27% through specialised organic distribution, 19% through mass retail food stores and 17% through small shops.
